Serenia City is expected to accommodate more than 14,000 residential units within approximately 733 acres of residential land. These units will include affordable homes and a combined 513 acres for commercial and industrial developments in the future.

We are also incorporating two of Sime Darby Property’s trademarks within the township: the Sime Darby Business Park and the Transit Oriented Development (T.O.D.) model. It reflects our commitment in building a progressive and sustainable urban community in Serenia City.
We aspire to position Serenia City as a centre of world-class education, with the establishment of a topnotch tertiary education facility within the township. This will benefit the future community of the township, by providing future residents education and lifestyle convenience in one place, while supporting the micro-economic activities and opportunities for businesses to grow.

Serenia City and its surrounding areas will also be the premier shopping destination with the inclusion of the KLIO outlet centre, an international outlet mall which will offer designer brands and premium labels at discounted prices.

The development of Serenia City began in 2013 and is expected to be fully completed by 2035. Serenia City is a catalyst that will mature and see advance growth due to its strategic location and connectivity via air, railway, and major highways within the area. This would further spur social and economic growth of the southern region of Selangor.
