How do I eligible for 2 Months of Instalments on us up to RM2k per month*

Purchaser(s) whom taking a loan to part finance the purchase of the property (“Loan”) from the Vendor’s/Developer’s panel banks or financial institutions (“Approved Financier”), a lump sum amount as particularly described in the Confirmation Form (Part A) will be paid to the purchaser(s) or credited against the purchaser(s)’ outstanding billing(s), as the case may be, as a rebate offered by the Vendor/Developer in assisting the purchaser(s) towards the purchaser(s)’ payment of part of the loan instalment to the Approved Financier (“Vendor’s/Developer’s Subsidy On Loan Instalment”)

OR

If the purchaser(s) is a/are cash purchaser(s), a rebate as particularly described in the Confirmation Form (Part B) below will be credited against the purchaser(s)’ outstanding billing(s) (“Rebate”).

The Offer is STRICTLY subject to the following terms and conditions (“T&C”)*:-

  1. The Offer is valid for Sales Date from 15th August to 31st December 2023;
  2. The purchaser(s) shall have signed the sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) prepared by the Vendor’s/Developer’s panel solicitors within TWENTY-ONE (21) days from the Sales Date;
  3. The purchaser(s) shall have settled or deemed to have settled the first ten per centum (10%) of the purchase price upon the execution of the SPA;
  4. The method of calculation of the Vendor’s/Developer’s Subsidy On Loan Instalment or the Rebate, as the case may be, shall be pre-determined by the Vendor/Developer at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be treated as final and conclusive
  5. The Vendor’s/Developer’s Subsidy On Loan Instalment or Rebate shall not exceed the sum of Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand (RM2,000) only per month.
  6. The two (2) months’ worth of Vendor’s/Developer’s Subsidy On Loan Instalment or the Rebate, as the case may be, will be paid to the purchaser(s) or credited against the purchaser(s)’ outstanding billing(s), as the case may be, at the time and in the manner as may be determined by the Vendor/Developer at its sole and absolute discretion.

How do I eligible for the Instant Approval?

Instant approval is an incentive offered through the collaboration with Maybank Home2u*. Home buyers are required to adhere to all the terms and conditions set by the respective panel banker. Instant approval is subject to the buyer’s financial background. Below is the eligibility criteria and timeline process for the instant approval:

How can I be eligible for the Gold Bar Prize?

Entry into Gold Bar Prizes Prizes and eligibility for the prizes are also subject to the following (“Entry and Eligibility Criteria”), all of which must be fulfilled within the relevant Campaign Period and in accordance with the terms below to be entitled to the corresponding prizes:

  1. Entry is conditional upon issuance of the Sales Form to the Purchaser within the Campaign Period and acceptance by the Purchaser to participate in this contest and the Purchaser acknowledging and consenting to this Great Deals Campaign Prizes Terms and Conditions upon issuance of the Sales Form to the Purchaser.
  2. Only winners who have fulfilled the following criteria are entitled to win the Great Deals Campaign Prizes:
    1. For loan purchasers:
      1. the SPA and Loan documents must be signed within fourteen (14) days from the Sales Form Date.
      2. The first 10% of the SPA purchase price has been fully paid.
      3. SPA stamped prior to the winner selection date.
    2. For cash purchasers:
      1. The SPA must be signed within fourteen (14) days from the Sales Form Date.
      2. The first 10% of the SPA purchase price has been fully paid.
      3. Purchasers must also pay a minimum of the second (2nd) progress payment under the SPA during the relevant Campaign Period (Stage 2(a) or Stage 2(b) of the Third Schedule to the SPA, whichever comes first); and
      4. If the second (2nd) progress payment does not fall due and payable during the relevant Campaign Period or such progress payment is not applicable in the case of completed properties, then it is a requirement for the SPA to be signed and stamped within the prescribed time as imposed by SDP and the first 10% of the SPA purchase price has been fully paid.
