During the early bird online booking on 26 March, 98 units of Phase 1, with starting prices of RM778,888 before rebates, were fully taken up within just two minutes. Due to the overwhelming results, the City of Elmina team released another 91 units of Phase 1 for online and public walk in bookings on 27 March, with the new additions selling out within less than a day.
