Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant and spouse are Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above;
Household income of up to RM20,000.00 per month with priority given to applicants with income below RM15,000.00;
Applicants are only allowed to own one (1) unit either an Affordable Residential Apartment/ Boutique Office offered by LPHS;
Priority for Affordable Residential Apartment/ Boutique Office will be given to young entrepreneurs aged not exceeding 40 years;
Transfer of ownership application is only allowed after 5 years from the Sale and Purchase Agreement with the approval of the State Authority;
The validity period for each registered application is 2 years. After this period, applications still on the WAITING LIST will be removed from the system, and applicants will need to submit a new application if they are still interested in applying for Rumah Selangorku.

REGISTRATION PROCESS & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Applicants can register online on the LPHS website at https://ehartanah.lphs.gov.my/lphs/www/.
Applicants must ensure that the category selection is correct. There are 3 registration categories available:
(a) Rumah Selangorku (Selangor Affordable Housing)
(b) Kedai/Industri Mampu Milik (Affordable Shop/Industry)
(c) Kediaman Komersial dan Boutique Office (Affordable Commercial Residence and Boutique Office) - Affordable Service Apartments/SOHO/SOVO/SOFO
Applicants are required to prepare the following documents during registration:
(a) Copies of the applicant's and spouse's identification cards.
(b) Monthly income of the applicant and spouse.
(c) Latest salary statement from the employer or a sworn declaration/affidavit from a Commissioner for Oaths if self-employed.

Syarat Kelayakan Pembeli:

Pemohon dan pasangan merupakan warganegara Malaysia berumur 18 tahun ke atas;
Pendapatan isi rumah hingga RM20,000.00 sebulan dengan keutamaan akan diberikan kepada pemohon yang berpendapatan di bawah RM15,000.00;
Pemohon hanya dibenarkan memiliki satu (1) unit sahaja sama ada Pangsapuri Kediaman Komersial / Boutique Office Mampu Milik yang ditawarkan oleh LPHS;
Pemohon bagi Pangsapuri Kediaman Komersial / Boutique Office Mampu Milik akan diberikan keutamaan kepada usahawan muda yang berumur tidak melebihi umur 40 tahun;
Permohonan pindah milik hanya dibenarkan selepas 5 tahun dari Perjanjian Jual Beli (Sale and Purchase Agreement) dengan kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Negeri;
Tempoh sah laku bagi setiap permohonan yang didaftarkan adalah selama 2 tahun. Selepas tempoh tersebut data permohonan yang masih SENARAI MENUNGGU akan dikeluarkan dari sistem dan pemohon perlu membuat permohonan baru sekiranya masih berminat untuk memohon Rumah Selangorku.

CARA-CARA MENDAFTAR & DOKUMEN YANG DIPERLUKAN:

Pemohon boleh mendaftar secara online di laman web LPHS https://ehartanah.lphs.gov.my/lphs/www/.
Pemohon perlu memastikan pilihan kategori adalah betul. Ini terdapat 3 kategori pendaftaran iaitu:
(a) Rumah Selangorku
(b) Kedai/Industri Mampu Milik
(c) Kediaman Komersial dan Boutique Office(Pangsapuri Perkhidmatan/SOHO/ SOVO/SOFO Mampu Milik)
Pemohon perlu menyediakan dokumen-dokumen berikut semasa pendaftaran iaitu:
(a) Salinan kad pengenalan pemohon dan pasangan;
(b) Pendapatan Bulanan pemohon dan pasangan;
(c) Penyata gaji terkini daripada majikan atau surat akuan bersumpah / berkanun daripada Pesuruhjaya Sumpah sekiranya bekerja sendiri;
