The competition, which opens for registration on 18 August 2026, will run for the next three months, with the winning concept expected to be announced in early December 2026. Open to PAM-registered architects and participating consortium teams, the competition will follow a two-stage process, beginning with initial submissions and shortlisting, followed by refined proposals and final jury evaluation. The winning entry will receive RM150,000, while the second- and third-place entries will receive RM90,000 and RM70,000, respectively. The People’s Choice Award carries a prize of RM20,000.
