Datuk Lai Shu Wei, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer of Sime Darby Property, receives the Best Industrial Asset Developer award from Datuk Paduka Syed Mashafuddin Syed Badarudin, Chief Executive Officer of Affin Islamic Bank, at the BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2026.

At the BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2026, the Group received Best Industrial Asset Developer and Best Smart and Integrated Townships. Sime Darby Property was also named Best Smart & Sustainable Property Developer at the PC.com Readers’ Choice Awards 2026 for the fourth consecutive year.

At the BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2026, Datuk Lai Shu Wei of Sime Darby Property receives the Best Smart and Integrated Townships award from Leo Pui Yong, Chief Sustainability Officer of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

The BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2026, themed “ASEAN and Beyond”, recognises organisations for their contributions to industry and the wider economy across various sectors, including property and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the PC.com Readers’ Choice Awards 2026 marks 26 years of recognising brands, innovation and technology-driven excellence.
