Bandar Bukit Raja, the Pride of Klang, Welcomes New Launch
Athira double-storey link homes offer multigenerational living


BANDAR BUKIT RAJA, 12 April 2018 – Following the good take up rate of four earlier launches, Sime Darby Property is launching Athira, the latest residential development in its integrated and self-contained township of Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang on 14 April 2018 (Saturday).

Dubbed ‘the pride of Klang’, Bandar Bukit Raja is one of Sime Darby Property’s showcase townships offering superior connectivity, a close-knit community and an environment that promotes healthy living.

Bandar Bukit Raja, a 4,333 acres integrated township comes with excellent connectivity, directly linked to the West Coast Expressway (WCE) via the Meru interchange or Kapar interchange, allowing seamless travel from the north (Taiping) to south (Banting). WCE is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in 2019.

Bandar Bukit Raja is also connected to key locations such as Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur via the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Federal Highway, Port Klang and Bandar Sultan Suleiman via the New North Klang Straits Bypass (Shapadu highway).

Bandar Bukit Raja’s other major advantage is easy access to Port Klang (North Port and West Port) as well as airports such as Subang Skypark, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2. Public transportation networks are also accessible which includes the Light Rail Transit Line 3 (LRT3), KTM Komuter services and the upcoming East Coast Rail Line (ECRL).
There are a number of hypermarkets and malls surrounding Bandar Bukit Raja such as AEON Bukit Raja, Klang Parade, Giant Klang Sentral, Tesco Setia Alam, Setia City Mall, and the upcoming Lulu Hypermarket. Columbia Asia Hospital and an upcoming General Hospital will further enhance Bandar Bukit Raja as an integrated and self-sufficient township.

Athira, the latest residential development launch in Bandar Bukit Raja, is an 18.21-acre freehold development comprising 166 units of 22’ x 75’ double-storey link homes with spacious built up areas starting from 2,191 square feet. Offering easy ownership with attractive launch packages, the first phase of 95 units of these multigenerational homes will be available for purchase this Saturday, with prices starting from RM753,888.

Multigenerational homes are specially designed homes that can accommodate aging parents, grown children and young kids under the same roof. In Athira homes, the guest bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are wheelchair friendly and adaptable to special needs – catering for an elderly or disabled family member.
