Putra Heights, 22 November 2012  The Residences at Putra Heights, the distinctive ultra-modern luxury development by Sime Darby Property Berhad was selected as the Best Villa Development in Malaysia at the 2012 South East Asia Property Awards. The prestigious regional accolade was presented to Sime Darby Property at a Gala Dinner in Singapore recently.

The South East Asia Property Awards recognizes and celebrates contributions of the highest quality and standards from developers, agents, architects and designers from the all major property markets in the region including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam.

The Awards is organised by Ensign Media (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., publishers of the market-leading real estate publication, Property Report South East Asia, and is audited by BDO, a well-established accounting and consulting firm. The panel of judges for the Awards consisted of highly reputable individuals from the real estate and related industries across the region.
