Selangor, 26 March 2014 - Sime Darby Property Star Project, City of Elmina in the Guthrie Corridor witnessed another successful launch of its latest residential homes recently. All 182 units of the freehold 24 x 79 double-storey link houses were snapped up within a day.?
The latest in the new series of link houses consisted of two phases, namely Garinia (129 units) and Cressida (53 units) we snapped up within a day. They are priced from RM749,888 per unit and RM792,888 per unit respectively. The two phases have a collective gross development value of RM150 million. The sale was conducted via a balloting exercise involving Sime Darby Property s registrants and fresh potential purchasers.
Meanwhile its 30 x 69 Superlink Homes known as Crista recorded 70% take up rate within 2 days of launch. Crista was priced from RM888,888 onwards with built-up areas ranging from 2,703 sq ft to 2,971 sq ft. ?
