Sime Darby Property Hands Over Keys to Owners of Pangsapuri Harmoni 1 in Putra Heights

PUTRA HEIGHTS, 24 JANUARY 2022 – More than 60 owners of Sime Darby Property’s Pangsapuri Harmoni 1 product in Putra Heights, Selangor – a development under the ‘Rumah Selangorku’ housing scheme by the Selangor State Government have received the keys to their new homes upon completion of payments and fully meeting other stipulated requirements.

Pangsapuri Harmoni 1 is located in a prime location with convenient access to major expressways and transportation hubs, as well as featuring numerous amenities in the mature township of Putra Heights. It comprises four residential blocks complemented with facilities that include a five-and-a-half storey car park block for residents, two guard houses for enhanced security, as well as a generous expanse of green space for community wellness. Since its launch in 2017, Pangsapuri Harmoni 1 has received positive response, with a healthy take-up rate of 98.9%.
