Strong take up for Sime Darby Property’s launches in City of Elmina

63% take up for Ferrea homes in Denai Alam and 40% take up for Liana homes in Elmina Gardens

 

ARA DAMANSARA, 27 November 2017 – Sime Darby Property Berhad, continued to enjoy strong demand for its products with recent launches over the weekend hitting take up rates of up to 63%.

The launch of the first 120 units of Ferrea 22’ x 70’ and 22’ x 75’ double storey linked homes in Denai Alam achieved a 63% take up rate with home priced from RM760,888, while Liana, comprising of only 72 units of 30’ x 100’ double storey super linked homes, priced from RM1,121,888 at Elmina Gardens attained 40% take up rate. Both products are strategically located at the City of Elmina township.
