70% Of Lumira 2 Homes Snapped Up During Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 Campaign

ARA DAMANSARA, 13 AUGUST 2020: The launch of Lumira 2 marks another success for Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign, which features New Launches and Superdeals on properties across different townships every weekend until the end of September.

Sime Darby Property, the expert master-planner of sustainable townships, attained a 70% take up rate for Lumira 2 during its recent launch, a continuation of the success of Lumira 1, which has 90% sold since its launch. The fast take-up of both phases is attributed to strong demand of freehold, landed homes, an indication of the right product offered at the right price.
