Bandar Bukit Raja’s AYRA follows past best sellers such as Azira and Athira

 

BANDAR BUKIT RAJA, 26 July 2018 –Ayra, a new residential development by Sime Darby Property in the integrated and self-contained township of Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang is available for preview on 28 July 2018 (Saturday).

The latest residential development by Sime Darby Property in the township for 2018, Ayra comes after the success of Athira and Azira earlier this year, with take up rates of 90% and 80% in just one weekend during their respective launches.

The new residential development is located in Bandar Bukit Raja, dubbed ‘the pride of Klang’ and one of Sime Darby Property’s showcase townships offering superior connectivity, a close-knit community and an environment that promotes healthy living.

The 4,333-acre Bandar Bukit Raja integrated township is connected to key locations such as Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur via the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Federal Highway, Port Klang and Bandar Sultan Suleiman via the New North Klang Straits Bypass (Shapadu highway).

Bandar Bukit Raja will also be directly linked to the West Coast Expressway (WCE) which is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2019 via the Meru or Kapar interchange. Upon opening, the WCE allows seamless travel from the north (Taiping) to south (Banting).

Bandar Bukit Raja enjoys easy access to Port Klang (North Port and West Port) as well as airports such as Subang Skypark, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2. Public transportation networks are also accessible which includes the Light Rail Transit Line 3 (LRT3) and KTM Komuter services.

There are a number of hypermarkets and malls surrounding Bandar Bukit Raja such as AEON Bukit Raja, Klang Parade, Giant Klang Sentral, Tesco Setia Alam, Setia City Mall, and the upcoming Lulu Hypermarket. Columbia Asia Hospital and an upcoming General Hospital will further enhance Bandar Bukit Raja as an integrated and self-contained township.

Bandar Bukit Raja promotes healthy living, emphasising physical and emotional wellness of the community. A 125 acres town park that will be the largest in North Klang, is currently being developed within the township. Safety and security features such as its single entry and exit point for each of its housing areas are also a main focus of the township.
