The ‘47500 PARTY’ makes a return on 10 March 2018 with the final public launch of Lot 15

ARA DAMANSARA, 7 March 2018 – Lot 15, Sime Darby Property’s newest development in Subang Jaya is a favourite residential option among purchasers, with new units open and available for purchase.

Launched in November 2017, Lot 15 offers serviced apartments nestled in the self-contained, bustling and affluent urban centre of Subang Jaya City Centre (SJCC). It comprises two 20-storey residential towers with only 361 residential units and three levels of retail units.

The development offers freehold ownership, and aims to fulfil the needs of first time home buyers and young professionals, as well as investors.

Lot 15 is also easily accessible from/to major highways namely the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS).
Lot 15 offers facilities that include a floating pavilion, swimming pools, jacuzzi, multipurpose hall and deck, gymnasium, sauna room, BBQ area and more. Each tower offers 3 sky gardens and a rooftop edible herb garden with a spectacular view on level 30, perfect for gatherings with family and friends.
