ARA DAMANSARA, 16 MAY 2025 – Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or the “Company”) secured the top spot for the All-Stars Award for the third year in a row at the StarProperty Awards 2025 – Real Estate Developer Edition, reaffirming its position as one of Malaysia's leading property developers. The Company also received the Readers’ Choice Award for Newsmaker of the Year, a recognition of its continued impact and visibility within the real estate landscape throughout 2024.

This year’s event marked the 10th anniversary of the StarProperty Awards, celebrating a decade of excellence in the real estate sector. Sime Darby Property’s City of Elmina and Bandar Bukit Raja townships were honoured with special 10th Anniversary trophies for winning The Neighbourhood Award – Best Comprehensive Township (Above 200 Acres) and The Business Estate Award – Best Industrial Park Development respectively. Additionally, Gateway 16, Bandar Bukit Raja, earned “The Investor’s Choice Award – Highest ROI Development” category, signifying its strong value proposition for investors.

The Company also recorded category-level wins for its diverse portfolio. In the Excellence category, Sime Darby Property won a total of four awards for Serasi Residence, Putra Heights in the Starter Home Award, Elmina Lakeside Mall and Urban Park in the Placemaker Award, The Masterpiece Collection, i3, Bandar Bukit Raja in the Business Estate Award (Industrial), and The Ophera, KLGCC in the Pinnacle Award. Honours were also awarded for The Corak, Serenia City in the Business Estate Award (Commercial), Emilia Lakeside in the Family-Friendly Award (Landed), and Bandar Universiti Pagoh in the Southern Star Award.
