Retaining its place as an industry leader, Sime Darby Property clinched the top spot at The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year. The award was accepted by Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Seri Azmir Merican (centre).

This recognition reaffirms Sime Darby Property’s consistency in delivering excellence and innovation, highlighting its ability to maintain industry leadership while setting new standards for quality, sustainability, and community-driven development. The Group also topped the “Best in Qualitative Attributes” sub-award, reaffirming its consistent emphasis on quality, innovation, and sustainable development practices that generate long-term value for homebuyers, investors, and communities alike.

Sime Darby Property also secured the top spot in the Best in Qualitative Attributes sub-award, recognising its exceptional standards in innovation and quality.

Organised annually by The Edge Malaysia, TPDA evaluates developers through a combination of quantitative and qualitative criteria, taking into account financial performance, product quality, innovation, and overall contribution to the property landscape.

Dual wins for Sime Darby Property at FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2025 as Dato’ Seri Azmir Merican was named Property CEO for his visionary leadership and Elmina Lakeside Mall earned top honours for design excellence.
