The awards enforce Sime Darby Property’s steady position in the Malaysian property sector and brings the total of this year’s accolades to 49 to-date. On his Outstanding Property CEO Award 2023 win, Group Managing Director, Dato’ Azmir Merican said it is a recognition for the entire Sime Darby Property team, whose passion and drive embody the essence of the Company’s Purpose to be a Value Multiplier for People, Businesses, Economies, and the Planet.

Alongside these, qualitative factors like innovation in development, brand strength, and sustainable practices played a crucial role in the evaluation, ensuring a holistic approach to recognising true industry leadership.
