Sime Darby Property Celebrates 100% Overall Take-Up for The Nine, Elmina Green

ARA DAMANSARA, 19 MAY 2025 – Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or the “Company”) has once again captured the confidence of homebuyers with the latest instalment of linked homes in The Nine, Elmina Green, fully taken up upon its official launch. This milestone emphasises the City of Elmina’s continuously strong appeal as a destination for quality, wellness-driven homes designed for multigenerational living.

With a Gross Development Value (“GDV”) of RM198.2 million, the latest launch saw all 192 double-storey linked homes snapped up, reinforcing the strong demand observed during its early bird preview in March 2025.

Targeted for completion in June 2026, The Nine, Elmina Green is designed to support multigenerational living with functional layouts, ample natural light and versatile indoor-outdoor spaces. Each unit features an open-plan concept with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, complemented by a 12-foot backyard garden ideal for extended family activities. Built-ups range from 2,000 to 2,342 sq. ft., with prices starting from RM921,888.
