Laman Lakeside, a low-density development of 24 semi-detached homes, is part of Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 campaign and the second residential product launched within the month of July at this township after Kyra (freehold 20’x 75’ double-storey link homes), which was launched on 13 July 2019. Kyra achieved an overwhelming take up rate of 86% to date.
