Kl East Mall Takes On Nostalgic ‘Lestari Aidilfitri’ Theme This Coming Hari Raya

ARA DAMANSARA, 5 APRIL 2023: There is plenty to enjoy during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festival, from the lively family gatherings to the wonderful feasts, impressive outfits and beautiful fireworks. Still, nothing beats tapping into nostalgia, reminiscing the fondest memories of one’s younger days when life was simpler and filled with pure joy.

KL East Mall is evoking a nostalgic festive mood among its patrons by creating the setting of a lovely kampung. Inspired by the theme ‘Lestari Aidilfitri’, KL East Mall has decorated its space with timeless spring colour schemes, brilliant floral arrangements, and traditional decorations such as ketupat and lampu pelita to create a joyous atmosphere for Hari Raya.

The Mall is also getting the Hari Raya vibes on by organising various performances such as the Bahulu Mak Embun musical sketch by Dansa Fusion KL, Gema Aidilfitri by Touche Production, Gamelan and Cak Lempong traditional performances by Warisan Seni Budaya, Sate dance by Anak Seni Asia and Taiko Tai Musical by No Noise Percussion, from now until 1 May 2023.

Shoppers are also invited to check out the latest Raya collections and shop for their Hari Raya essentials at various stores including Calaqisya, Naelofar, dUCK, Fiziwoo, Alhumaira, FANA Couture, Hers By BintWahab, LILIT, Icahfa, matase sutera, Poplook, Siti Khadijah, Qaira Hijab, Telekung TEA and TudungPeople.

Celebrants who wish to rock their festive outfits may visit Kapten Batik, renowned for its uniquely designed and expertly woven batik apparel. KL East Mall and Kapten Batik are jointly rewarding customers with special Raya packets when they spend a minimum of RM100, and an exclusive KL East Mall x Kapten Batik pouch with a minimum of RM500 spent, in accumulation of maximum two receipts on the same day.
