Positive response for Azira in Bandar Bukit Raja

More than 70% take up rate affirms the township’s appeal as a preferred location for modern urban living
   

BANDAR BUKIT RAJA, 30 January 2018 – Sime Darby Property’s Azira, the latest residential product launched in Bandar Bukit Raja, received positive response from the public with over 70% take up rate recorded in just one weekend.

Azira comprises 111 units of 20’ x 75’ double-storey link homes with a built up area from 1,901 sq ft to 2,275 sq ft and comes with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A perpetuation and an evolution of the earlier Bandar Bukit Raja (BBR) homes, Azira boasts a contemporary modern tropical design that includes large openings with wide style ‘picture windows’ to capture views as well as improve ventilation.

Offering freehold ownership, prices start from RM678,888 before Bumiputera discount, with completion slated for January 2020.
