You can update your details through:
1. The Sime Darby Property mobile app for basic changes (like contact number, email, or mailing address).
2. Email to our PRIME support team for updates that involve legal documents (such as name, NRIC/Passport, or property ownership details).
Kindly refer to the step by step below,
A) Via Sime Darby Property mobile app:
1. Log in to your Sime Darby Property mobile app.
2. Go to Profile > Account Settings > Personal Information.
3. Update your details and save changes.
B) Email to our PRIME support team:
1. Prepare supporting documents (e.g. Marriage Certificate, NRIC/Passport, Deed of Assignment, SPA)
2. Write your email explaining the changes you wish to make and attach the required documents
3. Send all the details to prime@simedarbyproperty.com. Our team will review and guide you through the process.
