You can report up to 10 defect items in one submission (we call this defect case). This helps us keep things organized and ensures our contractors can attend to your defects more efficiently.

But don’t worry! There’s no limit to how many submissions you can make. If you have more than 10 items, simply create another submission or defect case in the mobile app or portal, and we’ll take it from there.

We want to make sure all your concerns are properly addressed, so feel free to report as many times as needed within your DLP period.
