Once your defect report has been logged, you will receive notification prompting action to hand over your keys in the Sime Darby Property mobile app or email. You may:
1. Submit your keys at our TCS Office.
2. Sign an acknowledgment form for key handover.
3. Once the rectification process has been completed, you will be notified to collect your keys via your Sime Darby Property app and email.
For your convenience, please remove personal belongings before handing over keys.
