Some of these documents like the official house drawings (as-built, piping, wiring, etc.) are readily available in the Homeowner’s Manual which can be retrieved through the Sime Darby Property mobile app.
However, if the required information is not available in the Homeowner’s Manual, you may head to TCS office to get this information by specifying the type of drawing required (architectural, plumbing, electrical, structural).
