The CCC is provided as an attachment together with your Clearance Letter (CL), which is issued by Sime Darby Property Credit Management department via e-mail and/or official letter.
You can simply refer to the e-mail that was sent to you to retrieve the copy of the document or you may reach us by emailing prime@simedarbyproperty.com if you would require our assistance.
