Upon receipt of all required cancellation documents, Sales Admin Township will process the refund request in the system and obtain the necessary approvals. This process generally takes up to two (2) working days. Once the approvals have been obtained, the refund documents will be submitted to the Finance Department for subsequent refund processing.
