Land tax (Quit rent) and assessment tax are managed directly by the local authority where your property is located.
Land tax (Quit Rent): Usually handled by the Pejabat Tanah & Galian (PTG).
Assessment tax: Managed by the local council (Majlis Bandaraya/Majlis Perbandaran) of your area.
You can check and pay your bills via the authority’s official website, mobile app, or at their office counters / kiosks.
