If you notice any defects after moving in, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered under the Defect Liability Period (DLP). Here’s how you can submit your defect report through the Sime Darby Property app/ website:

Step 1
Open the Sime Darby Property Apps and login

Step 2
Click on “My Property” icon

Step 3
On My Property page, click on the “Defect Management ” icon

Step 4
Optional: Click on “Select Another Property ” button to change to another property (if you have multiple property under Sime Darby Property).

a. Go to the submit defect report page.

Step 5
Click “Submit Defect Case ” button to submit new defect:

b. Fill in the defect info: Attachment, Location, Product/Type, Defect Description and Additional notes/remarks

c. Then, click on “Save” button, user redirect to the Saved Defect Report page.

Step 6
User can view the Defect Case Status and Defect Item Status accordingly

For a smoother process, please include clear photos and the exact location of the defect. Our team will review and keep you updated on the rectification schedule.

Please Note: You may report defects only after collecting your keys. However, the Defect Liability Period (DLP) starts from the Vacant Possession (VP) date, and you can submit any defects until the DLP ends.
