Once the defect rectification works in your home are completed, you’ll receive a notification via the Sime Darby Property Mobile App or by email letting you know the works are done. At this stage, you’ll also receive a defect case status of “Marked for Completion” in the Sime Darby Property mobile app and email.

From there, you’ll have 7 days to check the repairs and let us know if you’re satisfied or if anything still needs attention. If we don’t hear back from you within that period, the case will automatically be deemed completed and closed.

Your keys will then be returned to you once the rectification process is finalized. Our aim is always to make sure the repairs meet your expectations before closure.
