For termite treatment, Sime Darby Property provides a warranty via our appointed pest control contractor. Owners may request their warranty certificate through the Customer Experience team.
For pest infestations (rats, caterpillars, mosquitoes), please provide details and location. Our team will arrange inspection or escalate to the management/pest control vendor.
