What is the difference between Minor and Major Renovation?

Minor Renovation: Works that do not affect structure (e.g., built-in cabinets, air-conditioning, grills).

Major Renovation: Works that affect structure/external facade (e.g., extensions, hacking structural walls, roof changes). Major works would require your council’s approval.

You may further clarify all these criteria with our TCS team of your township or Management Office (for stratified development).
