Step 1: Register your utility accounts directly with the providers (e.g., TNB for electricity, Air Selangor for water). During this process, the provider may require you to pay a deposit or registration fee to activate the account under your name.

Step 2: Once your account is successfully registered, keep the proof of registration or account setup (e.g., receipt, confirmation slip, or screenshot).

Step 3: Email your proof of account setup to your dedicated TCS office email or management office. This will allow us to refund the deposits you had previously paid to us for utilities.
