How Can We Help You Today?

Why do I need to pay a deposit to TNB/Air Selangor when Sime Darby Property has already collected utility deposits earlier?

When you collected your keys, Sime Darby Property collected utility deposits as a temporary holding measure. These deposits were used to open and maintain utility accounts under Sime Darby Property’s name so that your home had basic services ready.

Once you’ve collected your keys, you’ll need to register your own account directly with the utility providers (such as TNB for electricity or Air Selangor/SAINS for water).

During this registration, the provider may require a new deposit or registration fee. This is a standard process set by the utility companies.

After your account is successfully registered under your name, simply share the proof of registration (e.g., bill or confirmation letter) with Sime Darby Property via email to the TCS office.

We’ll then process the refund of the initial deposit you paid to us earlier.
