Here’s how it works:

1. After you receive your keys, you can inspect your unit and submit any defects through the Sime Darby Property mobile app.

2. Our contractor then will carry out the necessary rectification.

3. Once rectification is done and status updated as Pending Deem Close in the mobile app, you’ll have a 7-days window to review the works.

4. If you’re not satisfied, you may request clarification visit with our team to discuss the rectification work.

This process ensures you can feel confident that any concerns will be reviewed and addressed together with our team.
